Our market is run by these friendly bunch of stallholders.
In addition, we have guest producers, some come once a month whilst others pop in every now and again to share their delicious food and drink with you.
Sobremesa drinks creates farmhouse beers and natural ciders as well as growing their own organic soft fruits in Hay-on-Wye to flavour the drinks. The whole project is based on a circular economy model: growing the fruit, using it within the drinks, and then turning the sub-product into something delicious and closing the loop. Every step in their process celebrates the Welsh terroir.
They are also selling Spanish Olives and Olive Oil
A small, family run vineyard based between the beautiful Usk and Wye Valleys in Raglan, The Dell has been farmed by the Alford family for five generations.
They have recently planted a vineyard, with 5000 vines of Pinot Noir and Solaris.In addition they lease an established 20 year old vineyard nearby which is located close to the hamlet of Pen-Y-Clawdd and has several varieties of grapes, including Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc and Phoenix.
Bryngaer Goats, make two varieties of goats cheese from their farm in Llandovery:
Gafr Las, or Blue Goat, is a soft, mould-ripened blue goat's cheese.
Marta gafr, or Marta Goat, is a harder, Manchego-style goat's cheese.
