Ingredients
All ingredients used are of the highest quality All fruitcakes contain egg, gluten, and nuts and sulphites. All sponge and chocolate cakes and other flavoured cakes are made to be eaten on the day of your celebration. Separate ingredients list will be provided with your cake where appropriate. Beverly cannot guarantee your cake will not contain traces of nuts even when there are no nuts on the cake
Storage
Sugarpaste (the cake covering) is not designed to be refrigerated and as such, unless specified by Beverly , cakes should be stored in a cool dry place preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration will cause the colours to run.
Orders
Beverly prefers at least 3 months notice on wedding cakes, however she will accept short notice wedding cakes subject to availability. All other celebration cakes require approx. 2-3 weeks notice subject to availability. Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake and produced by another cake maker can only be reproduced as an interpretation and not an exact match.
Deposits
Beverly requires a deposit to secure your booking, which is non refundable and will be deducted from the final balance.

Payment can be made by: -
Cash
Credit/Debit card via Google Checkout Account (details on website)
Personal cheque/Building society cheque. Please make all cheques payable to CREATIVE FOOD LTD
Alterations to orders
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed
Cancellation of orders
In the event of a cancellation, work already completed is chargeable
Viewings
It is not always possible to view the cake prior to your wedding as some details may only be completed on the day of the wedding. However should you wish to see your cake before your big day please speak to Beverly and she will accommodate where she can.
Delivery
Cakes will be delivered and set up subject to availability. A small charge will be made to any cake where delivery is over a 25 mile radius of Newport
Return of hired equipment
Any equipment hired must be returned within 2 days of the wedding date(unless agreed differently) as an extra charge may be levied to cover further hire charges
