With over 20 years experience of the food industry working both as a Michelin starred restaurants and as a development chef and manager in the food manufacturing industry. The latter developing recipes
for a bakery supplying Marks and Spencer and for an ice cream company who manufactured products for Thorntons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Since turning freelance Beverly has worked on a variety of different projects:

• Low fat desserts • Luxury ice creams • Frozen desserts • Adult cordials • Chocolate spread • Pasta Sauces • Children’s jellies

In addition Beverly has been commissioned to write recipes for Somerfields magazine and POS for food
manufacturers including Thayer’s Ice Cream Ltd and Belvoir cordials
