With over 20 years experience of the food industry working both as a Michelin starred restaurants and as a development chef and manager in the food manufacturing industry. The latter developing recipes
for a bakery supplying Marks and Spencer and for an ice cream company who manufactured products for Thorntons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
Since turning freelance Beverly has worked on a variety of different projects:
